The Lions Club Pavilion is available for rent.

People use it for church functions, family reunions and other types of social gatherings.

Pavilion Rental Fee is $175.00

-Pavilion Seating Capacity about 70-80 (Tables and chairs)

-Double sink / water  -Mop & Broom

-Male & Female Restrooms (outside access only)

-Heat and A/C

-Access to 110V power outlets for warming food

PAVILION RENTAL RULES:

1. No cooking inside the building. (No kitchen facilities are available for rent).

2. Nothing can be glued, pinned or stapled to the walls, ceilings or tables.

3. The building must be left clean including all spills wiped up,  floors swept and trash removed.

4. Damage or clean-up costs caused by the renting party will be charged to you within 5 working days.

5. The key can be picked up two days in advance.

6. The building is available 7am to 10 pm (Park Hours Only) on the day of rental.

7. There can be no “Cover Charge”, fees charged or any subletting of any kind of    the renting party.

8. City and County Alcohol and Noise Ordinances must be observed.

9.        "NO TAPE IS TO BE USED ANYWHERE ON THE CLUBHOUSE OR BBQ AREA"
 FAILURE TO OBEY THESE RULES COULD CAUSE LOSS OF DEPOSIT.
